MAKEUP ARTIST
Iām Magdalena Long Sommer, a Copenhagen-based makeup artist working across bridal, fashion, TV and commercial.
My work is rooted in a Scandinavian aesthetic - refined and modern - while spanning from timeless, understated looks to more expressive and artistic directions. The approach always adapts to the context, the person and the story being told.
After graduating from Nicci Welsh Makeup Academy in 2016, I began my career at the makeup counter, before moving into freelance work across fashion, campaigns and TV, both on a national and international level. Alongside this, I am also the national Training Manager for NARS Cosmetics and part of the NARS EMEA Pro Team.
